Pony Reply-To header confuses RT

Description
The Reply-To: scripts-comment header that Pony generates confuses RT, which parses the Reply-To header as the transaction creator. It should really be sending all messages via RT and having RT generate the right Reply-To header. This implies that mails to jweiss should be delivered via RT-Send-CC, not directly.
