Ident authentication for MySQL

Description
Use Ident ("Who owns the port of this trusted machine connecting to sql.mit.edu") for MySQL authentication instead of passwords. This would obsolete #227.

I don’t think this obsoletes #227. Most applications expect a database username and password. Also, not all sql users connect from scripts.
