Document git with certificates

Description
Either our FAQ or the autoinstaller should link users to some page(s) that describe using git with client certs. This should ideally include instructions on getting a cert out of Firefox and maybe Chrome, setting up git to know about the cert, and any server configuration. I think this would probably be best done by creating a page on the SIPB website and linking to it.

There are vaguely acceptable docs at http://scripts.mit.edu/faq/146/how-can-i-avoid-typing-my-password-repeatedly-when-using-git-with-the-smart-http-transport. They could use more cleanup to be more understandable to new folks, but they'll probably be enough to let your typical git fanboy skip most of the Googling...
