Description

foo_.scripts.mit.edu does not work uniformly across browsers, as such we should require users with this type of username to request an alternate URL at signup time.

Note that foo_bar.scripts.mit.edu works more widely than foobar_.scripts.mit.edu or _foobar.scripts.mit.edu; possibly widely enough that we don’t need to disallow it.

See #262 “Mangle locker names that are invalid hostnames and MySQL usernames” for what I think is a cleaner solution.
