Description
Failed LDAP replication due to busy replica is an intermittent error and not a problem unless it persists. Thus, Nagios should not immediately warn about it.

WONTFIX'ing per zephyr conversation just now on -c scripts -i trac-#169. We already don't alert until the check fails six times in a row, which should be a couple minutes of prolonged or repeated "transient" failures. The current state seems appropriate.
