We did that, but imagined the FAQ should say more.

Ok. Added a note reminding users to set the database server host to sql.mit.edu. Also recommended that users create Rails sites on scripts.mit.edu and develop in place. And added a note at the bottom on how to turn on FastCGI, with an explanation on why they might not want it.
