vhost generic SSL protocols

Description
SSL has SNI, so it should be possible to generically vhost SNI protocols. This could be "we run a daemon on $port that forwards to $path or $other_port, with those staticly configured per user", or we could actually handle starting up the users' programs, killing them after idle, etc..

This is only interesting for protocols that don’t use an application-specific pre-encrypted STARTTLS sequence. I think these days that’s basically just HTTPS.
