WordPress should work at other URLs — at Initial Version

Description
WordPress? only works at the URL it's installed at, making life annoying for users with custom vhosts or who decide to otherwise move the install (see http://scripts.mit.edu/faq/121/how-can-i-move-a-wordpress-install). We should arrange for the WordPresses? we install to not do this, ideally by getting a patch upstream.
