Barbari
(from Kate Liesinger)Ingredients:
- 3 warm cups water
- 2.25 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 spoon salt
- 8 cups flour
Directions:
- make like bread.
- 1st rise 4 hours; punch down
- 2nd rise 2 hours
- Divide in two, flatten to a standing wavy pattern, put cornmeal on bottom, sesame seeds on top
- Bake at 450, 8 minutes each side.
