    33This problem would go away if we made `$HOME` point to `/mit/lockername/Scripts` instead of `/mit/lockername`.  We should support both configurations and let new users get the new setup.  Later we can come up with some kind of transition plan for phasing out the old setup (even if just an optional manual transition).

     5The document root under the new setup will be `$HOME/web`, i.e. `/mit/lockername/Scripts/web`.
