  • 1/2 cup wheat bran
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds (peeled, raw)
  • 2 cups slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tbs cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup honey


  • Mix all the dry ingredients in large bowl
  • Dissolve the honey in a cup of warm water, add honey and oil to bowl, mix everything up.
  • Bake at 350F for 0.75-1.5 hours depending on taste, mixing everything up every 7 minutes. Failure to mix will result in burn granola (not tasty...)
