Cocoa Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup butter (unsalted)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup cocoa

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Beat sugar and butter to a creamy consistency.
  • Add the egg and mix together.
  • Add the rest, and mix until slightly crumbly but all flour and cocoa have been integrated into dough.
  • Place spoonfuls of the batter on a baking sheet and place in oven for 10-12 minutes.
