Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup butter (unsalted)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cocoa
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Beat sugar and butter to a creamy consistency.
- Add the egg and mix together.
- Add the rest, and mix until slightly crumbly but all flour and cocoa have been integrated into dough.
- Place spoonfuls of the batter on a baking sheet and place in oven for 10-12 minutes.
