Blueberry Scones

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Cup Butter chilled
- 1 Cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 3/4 Cup Half-and-Half or a mix of milk and sour cream
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and butter. Use hands to crumble the butter into small pieces
- Add blueberries to flour and coat with flour
- In a small bowl, whisk together egg, dairy and sugar
- Pour liquid into flour, mix just until moistened. Knead few times. Do not over handle
- Cut, spoon, or hand-form about 10 lumps on a greased pan
- Bake 20-40 minutes, until slightly browned
