*1/4 Cup Sugar<br />
*1 Tbsp Baking Powder<br />
*1/4 Tsp Salt<br />

Directions:<br />
*Preheat oven to 350F<br />
*In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt and butter. Use hands to crumble the butter into small pieces<br />
*Add blueberries to flour and coat with flour<br />
*In a small bowl, whisk together egg, dairy and sugar<br />
*Pour liquid into flour, mix just until moistened. Knead few times. Do not over handle<br />
*Cut, spoon, or hand-form about 10 lumps on a greased pan<br />
