Barbari

Ingredients:

  • 3 warm cups water
  • 2.25 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 spoon salt
  • 8 cups flour

Directions:

  • make like bread.
  • 1st rise 4 hours; punch down
  • 2nd rise 2 hours
  • Divide in two, flatten to a standing wavy pattern, put cornmeal on bottom, sesame seeds on top
  • Bake at 450, 8 minutes each side.
