The start of the men's 8K race
During the third mile things are pretty equal with four MIT runners along with three from Williams and three from Middlebury
Also in the third mile Ken Leidal and Allen Leung work their way up in the field
Group C working together
During the fourth mile the lead group has spread out a bit with two Williams runners out front followed by three from MIT (Roy Wedge, Benji Xie and Rory Beyer)
The start of the women's 6K
During the second mile a large group of MIT runners trail two from Williams
Towards the end of mile two the race is starting to spread out. Up front for MIT are Stephanie Marzen, Elaine McVay and Maryann Gong, followed by Kali Benavides, Kaitlin Allen and Alexandra Taylor
Shivani Kaushal and Cindy Huang are no longer maintaining the group as Becky Steinmeyer trails
Early in the third mile, the breakaway starts as Elaine McVay goes for the victory
Stephanie Marzen and Maryann Gong work to keep up and ahead of Middlebury
