The MIT bouldering wall is free and open to current MIT students and MITOC members / affiliates.
If you like climbing at the wall, show your support by contributing. There is a donation box next to the door.
Everyone who climbs must fill out a waiver (pdf). The waiver must be filled out by a parent if the climber is under 18 years of age.
The wall is run by volunteers and is open whenever these staff members post their hours on the upcoming hours page. Check the calendar frequently as the hours can be posted with little warning.
Generally, the wall is open everyday. You can check the past hours to get an idea of when the wall might be open.
The wall is located in Walker Memorial on the third floor, room 50-303.
The closest T stop is Kendall/MIT on the Red line.
There is parking on Memorial Drive and Ames Street, just watch out for resident only spots!
The wall has a full range of rental shoes available. We ask for $1 to use them.
