We should consider disabling these for F15, and add a step to that effect to the install instructions.

People running Django on scripts.mit.edu are fairly likely to want to use certs to authenticate users. At the moment, we support read/write SVN repos and read-only git hosting (http://scripts.mit.edu/faq/93/can-i-serve-subversion-or-git-repositories-on-scriptsmitedu). We should add support for read/write git hosting, because svn is lame.
