Lemon Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • lemon juice
  • lemon zest
  • 1-1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 spoon baking soda
  • A little ricotta or yoghurt.

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 350F.
  • Mix all wet ingredients (incl. sugar)
  • Add all dry ingredients.
  • Measure onto cookie sheet bake until ready...(about 10 minutes?)
