		<description>It's a shame that no one comments, since I think that the Fisher Files would be a great springboard for discussion (as much as I enjoy hearing Peter talk).  I second Peter's advice about talking to senior people.  I once had a problem where I thought I was being plagiarized (in an innocent way).  After discussing the situation with two senior professors, I got the matter cleared up without any fuss.</description>
