Summer Housing at Phi Kappa Sigma
Centrally located in Back Bay Boston, Phi Kappa Sigma offers the ideal balance between modern, comfortable living and early 20th century luxury and charm. This 5-story brownstone mansion overlooking the Charles River recently underwent an extensive, $1.8 million renovation to upgrade its facilities to the most modern available. Old and new blend together beautifully to produce an atmosphere unrivaled by any other fraternity in the area.
During the summer, we usually offer our unoccupied rooms as doubles, triples, and quads. We offer rooms for the whole summer only, meaning from approximately the Monday after finals to about two weeks or so before the MIT term begins. Inquire for exact dates, as they vary from year to year.
Phi Kappa Sigma provides a lively social scene with weekly barbecues, and there's absolutely nowhere better to watch the 4th of July fireworks than our large balconies.
Of course, most of you also have to work during the summer. Whether you are working in Boston, Cambridge, or any of the surrounding towns, Phi Kappa Sigma offers easy access to all. Just minutes away from the Kenmore and Hynes T-stops and one block from the 1 bus, you can be anywhere you need to be in minutes. We also conveniently offer parking to our summer residents, so even if you are working farther away there is no problem.
Summer housing at Phi Kappa Sigma includes:
Currently, a quad costs $1950 per person for the summer, a triple costs $2150 per person for the summer, a double costs $2375 per person for the summer, and a single costs $4200 per person for the summer.
