I've always been a big Lord of the Rings fan, even before the movies. Thus begins my line of LOTR models. Elves had always been my favorite race in the books. I liked their precision and elegance. I also like their bows. I found some pictures online and the making of a bow intrigued me. The head structure is taken somewhat from Hojyo's bases, as is the formation of the hand and fingers. This model was folded from 10" American foil.

The graft on the right is one third of the paper. This is my first real assymetric model. The graft for the bow provides for the cape below.
