Hey! I would love to try this out on my innovation blog if you could put me in touch with the people at Motorola.

I have some great ideas for how I would use this on my blog, especially if it is as easy as you make it out to be. ;-)

Spontaneous blogging is a great idea- provided users already have an online blog space.

How many times a day do we have an interesting thought, or we see a cool picture, or hear a funny story which we would like to share with others... these experiences are perfect for mobile blogging. The only barrier to entry which I can think of, is: 'how many people actually have blogs to begin with?'

Maybe Motorola can solve this issue by giving phone users a free online blog account.

I enjoyed using this interesting new technology last week, and I overheard several participants at the conference explain how mobile blogging may revolutionize online communities. I would like to echo Trond's comment: the MIT community would be an ideal place to continue to experiment with online blogging with the new KZRs!

Thanks again for this opportunity.

I had the opportunity to test out the mobile blogging abilities of the Blog Central tool running on the pre-released KRZR phone phone and I must be perfectly honest and say that I wish that our friends at Motorola had left us one so we could keep on video blogging. The interface worked smoothly, the video quality was great, we could easily use a bluetooth headset as a remote mic, the posting process was totally painless and experience is one that I would actually want to use on a regular basis.

For this project, I worked to install the blogging tools on our server and was extrememly impressed by how well it worked. To get it to work, we needed to switch the club blog over to Word Press -- which was the hardest part of it all. After that, we installed a plug-in for WP and modified a few configuration settings and the video blog was set to go. Pretty amazing and certainly better than I had expected when we were aproached with the idea. From idea to implementation, it took just over a week and most of that was creating the club template for wordpress!

People might think that it takes a master's degree from MIT to get it to work, but I assure you that's not the case. Please ignore that I am getting a masters at MIT.
