The Fab Labs

A fab lab is a high tech workshop where we foster the emerging possibility for ordinary people to not just learn about science and engineering but actually design machines and make measurements that are relevant to improving the quality of their lives. As of July 2008, there are approximately 34 labs in 9 countries. The main fab lab website and server undergoes much flux and updates, alternatively the best source or the least updated.
