Placement of Players
The initial placement of most players (ChickVB or WAVE) is done by Tony during the Fall tryouts period.
If Tony feels that certain players have either reached a ChickVB level or it would benefit either themselves or the ChickVB players, he may invite that player to the ChickVB practices.
A player is invited to the ChickVB club when the team leaders (advised by Tony) agree that the player has reached a ChickVB level.
