TIMELINE
T-6 weeks: Sign out lobby 10/student center (in 5th floor student center)
Fill out Krispy Kreme Fundraising Form (need Federal Tax ID#).
They are not going to turn us down, so plan for the donuts on the day
when Lobby 10/ Student Center is available.
T-4-2 weeks: Pre-sell donuts, and collect all orders 2 weeks ahead of time.
T-1 week: Get all the late orders that people will invariably turn in, then call
in the order. Ask for Krispy Kreme Hats/signs. Arrange for car pick-up
T-1 day:Get ~$35 in change for selling in Lobby 10/Student Center, + quarters
Buy napkins, a table cloth, and a donation cup. ** Consider buying OJ/Coffee… people asked for it.
T-1 hour previous to Lobby 10/Student Center selling time: Pick up donuts, and set up table.
SPECIAL NOTES
We need to sell a minimum of 50 dozen donuts / coupons.
We sold ~10 dozen donuts during 7:30-8:30am in student center.
We did not sell the fundraising certificates.
Expiration Date on coupon cards: I forget exactly, I think it was 3 years.

1 partnership card (buy 1 dozen, get 1 dozen free, limit 10): $5
1 partnership card (buy 1 dozen, get 1 dozen free, limit 20): $10
