I was mostly frustrated by driver software which installed all manner of extra junk which kept crashing at startup and was impossible to uninstall. I had to do a system recovery. In my experience, many companies that make great hardware completely fail at providing decent software to support it. Alain: I’ve had good stuff from them, too. That's too bad. I have tons of Logitech gadgets (their G5 Laser Mouse is the best mouse I've ever used and their Z-5500 5.1 speakers are truly awesome).
