This is a very interesting theory and one that, I think, has a lot of validity. 

Bill Clinton should be able to look back with satisfaction on his accomplishments in office and focus on whatever else he has to achieve with the rest of his life. A man like that ought to be able to genuinely support his spouse in her efforts. However, he did more than anyone else to tarnish his own administration. His legacy is one of &quot;what might have been&quot;.

And, let us not forget that this is a deeply, deeply flawed human being.
