It’s a reference to the infamous (though I guess not to you if you’re reading this) statement that a million monkeys typing on a million typewriters would eventually produce the collected works of Shakespeare, if only given enough time. It turns out the expected time needed to even produce Hamlet would exceed the age of the universe, but that’s only a minor implementation detail.
