The deadline to apply for the 2008 ASA Orientation Activities Midway has passed.

Requests will be considered on a rolling basis at asa-midway@mit.edu. Since space fills up quickly, it is unlikely that we will have space for you but you are welcome to try. Please include in your e-mail answers to the following questions.

Note: Because the Johnson gymnasium has limited space, and because we anticipate large demand, we can only accept requests from ASA-recognized student groups, and we cannot guarantee that all groups will be able to receive a full table. Additionally, any group which requests space and is assigned space, but does not use it, may be fined.
